Rainier Color knew they wanted to make communication with their customers more efficient in order to attract larger clients. To impress one such prospective client, they needed a custom extranet in place — in two weeks. Design Solutions:
Improved the file exchange process, which had not been secure and was unorganized, sending all FTP files into one folder. There was no categorizing or sorting in place. Site users now securely exchange documents and information via an extranet — with the new ability to organize and track all the files and documents related to producing their print jobs.
