The wizard sorts U.S. visitors from non-U.S. visitors, and even begins counting down a 30-day "waiting period" as due diligence is performed. The knowledge base features a wealth of content, with videos featuring firm principals. Qualified investment candidates can start an online application to open an investment account.

Global Advisors' new site has streamlined business functions and improved customer relationships. Accessibility is vastly improved and FAQs are supplied by user type. The knowledge base serves up PDFs on the fly, and all client communications are integrated with ACT. All documents, sent or received, are tracked and time-stamped.
