Lala Laptop Web site wins 2007 Hermes Award! |
Initial Challenges:
Design needed to be hip but functional and support the fun, sophistication of the brand. A professional audience required fast loading pages and easy ordering for efficient site visits.
Design Solutions:
Custom, whimsical Flash animation for home page building on existing logo and brand image. Similar Flash animations on other pages continue the theme including site icon "reading the news" under "news and events."
Sales & Marketing Solutions:
Pages load quickly and show images of all style and color options for each product line..
Technical Solutions:
Constrained hosting provider required custom modifications to Flash to fit within server space available. Blue Sky projects created the site to integrate with an outside merchant process and shopping cart system.
User Solutions:
Clear menu structure with inside left menu showing all options on each inside page makes site easy to navigate.
